STORAGE:

Once your cheeses arrive, we recommend transferring them to the refrigerator as soon as you can. All cheeses must be kept refrigerated and should only be removed from the refrigerator immediately before serving. We recommend consuming the cheeses within 7 days of opening. Here are some tips on how to best store the cheese after they have been opened:

Fromages and Chèvres: Securely wrap in cheese paper and seal the opening with tape or a sticker. If wrapping with waxed paper, follow with a plastic wrap.

SHELF LIFE:
All cheeses should have a white label attached to their packaging with the lot number and best by date printed on them.

Can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Best Vegan Cheese I Ever Tasted!

I was watching Shark Tank one evening and saw Rebel Cheese being pitched. I was interested when Lori and Mark tasted it and they liked it. I bought some and tried it I liked it as well! With eating a healthier diet this cheese is great! Spreading it on my low sodium crackers is the perfect snack for me! I will definitely order again!

This cheese is amazing. I can;t keep enough on hand for a taste. Last week I found Rebel Cheese Smoked Cheddar at Market of Choice, a grocery store wholly devoted for vegan, and other product for individuals with allergies. I told the manager to buy this one.

Overall 4 stars but too sweet

I love the herb crust which looks fresh, and the sun-dried tomato layer looks beautiful when you cut into the round. The cheese itself has a cream coloring, which is a fast improvement over many vegan cheeses that lean towards the brow/grey color shades. The one surprise I found was that the cheese itself tasted overall sweet, and not due to the sun-dried tomato layer, it was throughout. My suggestion would be to make it more salty and a slightly firmer if possible. Overall 4 stars!

Yes. All of our plant-based chèvres and fromages can be frozen for up to 6 months. Our dips and spreads can also be frozen. Simply thaw in the refrigerator and stir once defrosted before serving. Consume within the number of days indicated on the packaging after thawing.

When your order arrives, transfer your cheeses to the refrigerator right away to preserve freshness and flavor. Keep all cheeses refrigerated and remove them just before serving. For best quality, consume within 7 days of opening.

Aged Bries (Cave-Aged Classic Brie, Cave-Aged Truffle Brie): Brie needs airflow. Loosely wrap in cheese paper or parchment paper and store in the crisper. Apply a piece of wax paper to any cut surfaces to prevent them from drying out. Avoid tight plastic wrap, which can promote unwanted mold growth.

A note on brie rinds: Our cave-aged bries are made with living cultures. You may notice small mold spores or a light fuzz on the rind or inside the cheese. This is completely normal, a sign of authentic cave-aged craft, and safe to consume.

Fromages and Chevres: Securely wrap in cheese paper and seal the opening with tape or a sticker. If using wax paper, follow with a layer of plastic wrap.

Firm Cheeses: Wrap in cheese or wax paper and store in a partially opened plastic zip bag.
