Sweet & slightly savory, our creamy almond-crusted Strawberry Basil Fromage (7 oz) is our take on strawberry cheesecake. Our creamy fromage base is hand-mixed with our house-made strawberry jam and ribbons of fresh basil. Coated in crushed almonds, this cheese gives notes of dessert or a breakfast cereal depending on what time of day you’re enjoying it. 

Enjoy our Strawberry Fromage as a sweet treat on a cheeseboard with some graham crackers or mini waffles, spread between two pieces of French toast, or use it as a dip with pretzels or fruit.

This was wonderfully light in flavor, but surprisingly tasted nothing like strawberry or basil (definitely picked up on vanilla and other spices). We still very much enjoyed it for the delightful cheese it was, though.

Creamy with just the right sweetness!

This one is definitely my favorite of the cheeses I’ve tried so far. Very creamy and a perfect amount of berry sweetness. Good be used for savory or as a dessert!
