Our Brie (5.6 oz) is cave-aged for at least two weeks in our one-of-a-kind cheese cave and is meticulously tended to by hand daily. This is a one-of-a-kind, plant-based gourmet cheese with a creamy and mild center with a bit of funk from the healthy, bloomy rind grown in our cheese cave.
On rare occasions, we may run out of our regular wheels of small brie. If this should happen, we substitute the same 5.6 oz portion from our larger brie wheels.
USES: Perfect spread on a baguette with some fruit and greens, served on a cheese board with accompaniments, or enjoyed with crackers and a glass of wine.
This tastes identical to how I remember Brie tasting. We baked ours in a vegan pastry and served it with jam.

Wonderfully authentic taste, smell, texture, aftertaste to this Brie. It was our favorite when we lived in France & still ate cheese, so it is super wonderful to reactivate those tastes & memories. Bravo!
