It satisfies my sweet tooth.
Try to always have one in the freezer, but knowing it is there it is difficult to not to move it to the refrigerator for “tomorrow”.

Really good flavor
First let me say my mom was from Paris and we are serious cheese snobs. I’m completely blown away by the balsamic fig . Incredible. The texture and flavor is spot on. The Brie is excellent as well. I can’t wait to try the others in my box. I’m enjoying one at a time to truly appreciate them. Thank you for making artisan vegan cheese that blind test no one would ever know
Delicious decadence. This is my favorite of the vegan chèvres. The paprika is flavorful and a perfect balance. It’s not spicy, it’s simply rich flavor. I plan to order it regularly.

I adore Rebel cheese. There is so much fabulous flavor in the fromages. I love them all. The fig andwalnut fromage is the first one I tried and now I’m hooked!
Oh my God! I love this stuff. It reminds me of pate but without the fois gras. I have even got my husband interested in these items from Rebel cheese. I'm a new customer and plan to stick around for a long time. I also learned that your products are for sale in a local store in my town. When I get a chance I plan to go see what they sell. Creamy and delicious! Wish the cheeses were bigger lol. I could eat an entire cheese pretty easily. lol. They’re amazing. Been vegan over 10 years and never really “missed” cheese but from vegetarian to vegan it was def something that was harder for me to say goodbye to becuase vegan cheeses are an art. I’m a fan of melting vegan cheese though. I do love vio life brand. These cheeses are minimal ingredients. I wish they used organic cashews becuase conventional nuts have pesticides but they do have a good amount of organic ingredients and less processed. Love this cheese!

I ordered five cheeses And my friends and I had a cheese tasting. They were all excellent, but the two that stood out were the fig and the tomato herb. The flavor, the texture everything about it was incredible would definitely order again.
We bought a variety of flavors for my husband's 30th birthday. Everyone complimented the cheese and many were amazed that they were all vegan. The Balsamic Fig was a party favorite!
These cheese is FANTASTIC. Out of the 6 cheeses I bought (for the first time) from Rebel Cheese, all were incredible but this one really stood out. I was thinking about it long after I’d told myself I was done eating cheese for the day! Sweet, tangy, creamy, and with a lovely bite from the walnuts, this cheese felt like it had been freshly made and expertly crafted. I will absolutely be ordering it again.
