This flavor falls into the Goldilocks zone. Not too hard, not too soft. Not too mild, not too flavorful. Not too sweet, not too savory. It is just right!

Great texture a bit bland for me

The consistency is great… but for me it doesn’t really have enough flavor of balsamic or fig .i am really excited to try the others. I’m not vegan but have friends and family that are… cheese is kind of the last frontier for me hard to give up .. but my sister shares the horrors so I’m trying to find a replacement for it.
