This flavor falls into the Goldilocks zone. Not too hard, not too soft. Not too mild, not too flavorful. Not too sweet, not too savory. It is just right!

Definitely different

I've never tasted anything like this. The first few tastes I wasn't sure what to think. The next day when I was slicing it up again, I had a brand new appreciation. I really took the time to savor it and appreciate it's uniqueness because it's sort of like adding wine to cheese and yet the fig gave a little sweetness and a little crunch because of the tiny seeds. I can definitely see my ordering again especially to have others try it.

More like a tasty pate

I like this but it does not taste like a cheese, it is more like pate with fig jam.
