This cheese was nothing short of amazing!! Both myself (vegan) and my wife (not vegan) both thought that this cheese was better than dairy cheese. The flavor is very original. The cheese is soft and creamy. This was my first order from this company and it will be a regular order for us from now on. We ordered 7 cheeses and we have tried 4 so far and they have all been spectacular! I can’t actually begin to say how much we enjoyed this cheese.
