Absolutely delicious especially if you're a pistachio fan but on the sweeter side with the "honey" so would consider it more of a dessert cheese.

I thought this one would be really sweet but it has the perfect balance of sweet and savory. It is a new favorite. The creamy texture is perfect for snacking on crackers or just eating straight from the package. This is one I’d recommend serving to guests if it lasts that long in your fridge.

This is not like a goat cheese. It’s like a smooth spreadable cream cheese that holds its shape really well at room temperature. Absolutely love this. Was the first cheese I tried. Unbelievably good on any plain or savoury cracker.
