Rebel Cheese is a lifeline for dairy free people! Each of the cheese have the correct texture and flavor as the dairy based cheese they emulate, only they are way better. They are so good that if I’d make this my last meal. If I were dying and was told I had to choose between Rebel Cheese and living, well, I’d say my last goodbyes.

Over the years, I’ve tried just about every plant-based cheese to hit the market. While many were passable for what they were, few captured the depth and complexity of traditional cheeses. A handful stood out for their unique flavor merits, but Rebel Cheese has completely redefined the game. These cheeses aren’t just as good as their animal-based counterparts—they’re better, in my opinion.

The umami and flavor complexity are indistinguishable from traditional cheese, and they come without any of the unpleasant smells I used to associate with dairy. I’m thrilled to welcome cheese back into my life, rekindling the love I once had for it. If you can pull off a plant-based Manchego, I’ll be your biggest fan!

I’m vegan but my husband is not. My husband loves cheese and was convincing me to try this cheese. I didn’t really believe the hype but love trying vegan food so we got a box of cheese. It is by far the best vegan cheese I have ever had and my husband is shocked! He loves it! Bringing some to my family for the holidays (no vegans) and excited to see what they think.

All the family (including my non vegan, super picky husband) absolutely LOVED Brie. It's exactly like real brie (if not better!). I wish I could have it everyday! Also the ingredients? SO CLEAN! This is absolutely dreamy!

Okay, I opened it up and put a little on a cracker…and then I had another and another and another! My family loves it and it went quick in our house! I will definitely be purchasing more and trying the other flavors. I have NEVER tasted a vegan cheese THIS DELICIOUS!! Now I can easily be dairy free, hurray! I feel healthier with every bite…

I just received my first order, of four cheeses. This chèvre is delicious….great texture and subtle flavour and the honey pistachio coating is a perfect compliment to the cheezy goodness in the centre.

This is so close to the real thing. A little bit pungent, creamy, and spreadable. I was able to make a sandwich with Brie, apples, and ham which I thought I could never have again. A perfect replacement for the real thing.
