I truly don't have enough good things to say!!! I have enjoyed every cheese I have tried from Rebel, but particularly I am SO impressed with the mozzarella. This is the first plant-based mozzarella I've ever tried that actually has the right mild creamy flavor and the perfect texture for layering with tomato and basil. DROOL. The bacon scallion spread I could literally put on everything. The green chile cheddar is also a top fav. You really can't go wrong here and I am so grateful to live in a time with such high quality and delicious vegan products! Worth every penny.

Very good box. I have only used some of the cheese so far. Some of it I’ve had before and loved. The chive bacon spread is delish. Would never know it wasn’t actual bacon. Love the fact it is vegan.

Im in love. Newly lactose intolerant and i have missed real cheese so much. I have only tried two so far (Balsalmic Fig & Truffle Chevre). They were incredible, i would pick these even if i had the option for regular cheese. This company really really deserves their flowers. I have to shout out the recyclable and green packaging. The ice packs were frozen plant food and the bags and box were recyclable. You bet i took the time pour that jelly around my trees, rinse the materials and send it off to my recycle bin. Cuz yeah, if theyre gonna go the extra mile in ways major corporations wouldnt even think of, Im gonna make their efforts count bc what horrible times we are living in. Cheeses were amazing. Company ethics, out of this world. Would definitely be setting aside some cash every month for a purchase. Cannot sing enough praises, my mother was looking at me like i was crazy cuz i was so excited about it all!

I have tried and enjoyed almost all of these cheeses before. I probably wouldn't have ordered the truffle fromage had it not been part of the "package," but I look forward to trying it. Tonight, I'm going to try making the tomato herb fromage pasta recipe. My brothers particularly enjoyed that cheese when they visited, and they didn't know it was vegan.

My best friend has been dairy free for ten years. I purchased a box for her birthday during July 4th week. When her box arrived, she was home to accept it. She contacted me right away to report the dry ice was completely melted, the cheese was warm to the touch and mushy. I immediately got on the support chat with Rebel. I explained the issue in one message, sent two images of the melted ice and cheese. Without grilling me back and forth with questions or trying to blame the receiver, they immediately apologized and offered a full refund or a replacement box. They admitted they had shipping problems and delays which likely caused the issue and the product should be thrown away. Before I even got off the support chat, I received an email informing me my replacment box order had been started. Such a pleasant and efficient company to deal with. Yes. All of our vegan cheeses are gluten-free. Every wheel and wedge we handcraft in our Austin kitchen is made from organic cashews with no gluten-containing ingredients.

Yes. All of our plant-based chèvres and fromages can be frozen for up to 6 months. Our dips and spreads can also be frozen. Simply thaw in the refrigerator and stir once defrosted before serving. Consume within the number of days indicated on the packaging after thawing.

For best results, enjoy our aged and firm cheeses, including our Cave-Aged Classic Brie and Cave-Aged Truffle Brie, fresh from the refrigerator. Freezing may alter their texture and is not recommended for those styles.

When your order arrives, transfer your cheeses to the refrigerator right away to preserve freshness and flavor. Keep all cheeses refrigerated and remove them just before serving. For best quality, consume within 7 days of opening.

Aged Bries (Cave-Aged Classic Brie, Cave-Aged Truffle Brie): Brie needs airflow. Loosely wrap in cheese paper or parchment paper and store in the crisper. Apply a piece of wax paper to any cut surfaces to prevent them from drying out. Avoid tight plastic wrap, which can promote unwanted mold growth.

A note on brie rinds: Our cave-aged bries are made with living cultures. You may notice small mold spores or a light fuzz on the rind or inside the cheese. This is completely normal, a sign of authentic cave-aged craft, and safe to consume.

Fromages and Chevres: Securely wrap in cheese paper and seal the opening with tape or a sticker. If using wax paper, follow with a layer of plastic wrap.

Firm Cheeses: Wrap in cheese or wax paper and store in a partially opened plastic zip bag.

Dips and Spreads: We recommend keeping dips and spreads in their original containers.
