Yes. All of our plant-based chèvres and fromages can be frozen for up to 6 months. Our dips and spreads can also be frozen. Simply thaw in the refrigerator and stir once defrosted before serving. Consume within the number of days indicated on the packaging after thawing.

For best results, enjoy our aged and firm cheeses, including our Cave-Aged Classic Brie and Cave-Aged Truffle Brie, fresh from the refrigerator. Freezing may alter their texture and is not recommended for those styles.

Sunday Pizza Day!

This pizza box was absolutely perfect! Every Sunday, my son and I get together to make pizza, Sourdough pizza to be exact! I have an artisan, Sourdough baker and this fits right in to my passion for Sourdough anything. All of the cheeses were absolutely delicious melted amazingly, and the flavor was so on point that no one ever would know that it was not regular cheese. Thank you so much for this amazing box of delicious rebel cheese. We will be buying it again and again and again! 💜

Great on pizza!

I like it better melted on pizza than I do straight out of the package. It is a little gelatinous without cooking. I still give it 5 stars because it is great on pizza!

This is the best vegan mozzarella cheese we’ve ever had. It melted and even burned a little in our pizza oven. It tasted like a pizza house pizza right at home. Not greasy, mild flavor.

I absolutely LOVE the cheeses- i used part of 3 of them in a Spinach/Mushroom Spaghetti squash bake. The sauce was AH- mazing with these so I could enoy it "dairy free". I have not tried the pepper jack yet but will be using very soon in an enchilada casserole recipe 😀

The Italian Cheese Box - MUST HAVE!

I need to shout out to the Rebel Cheese customer service team first. The minute I saw the Italian Cheese box, with the new Mozzarella, I HAD to have it! I was so excited to receive it (planning multiple Italian recipes) that when thebox arrived, imagine my dismay to have it arrive warm, unfortunately the ice packs had completely melted.
I reached out to the Customer service team, let them know what happened,sent pictures (FYI this is the first time this has ever happened!). They responded quickly offering a refund or replacement - I chose replacement because that box was next level Rebel Cheese to me!

I was so excited to receive my replacement box, I bought baguettes to have a fruit, veggies, olives & cheese dinner. Mom and I loved it all! The Tomato Basil Fromage is a favorite of mine - so that was a given. The mozzarella was creamy, shreddable and spreadable! I had ordered the parmesean before, which is as close to "dairy" version. For me, the "dark horse" was the Black Truffle Pecorino. Wow! Salty, umami deliciousness. Can't wait to grate on a big plate of linguine. NOM It was so good just on a simple baguette.

If you have never tried Rebel Cheese, this is a great intro box, yet I can rave about all the other Rebel products, and yes, they are worth every penny!

OM gosh! If everyone knew how good Rebel cheese tasted, they would never eat dairy again. I am not a vegan, but I tryo to eat healthy. I made the best stiffed shells using 4 kinds of cheese from your Italian Box. You HAVE to make more Mozzarella cheese on a more consistant basis. PLEASE!

I have enjoyed all the Rebel cheeses I've ordered previously, but I did not care for the mozzarella in this box. The flavor was good, the texture was a bit strange, and it didn't melt much. I get it; that's a tough one to duplicate. I will not be ordering it again. I will mix it with herbs and eat it on crackers. All the other cheeses in the Italian box are excellent, especially the tomato fomage (my favorite).

When your order arrives, transfer your cheeses to the refrigerator right away to preserve freshness and flavor. Keep all cheeses refrigerated and remove them just before serving. For best quality, consume within 7 days of opening.

Aged Bries (Cave-Aged Classic Brie, Cave-Aged Truffle Brie): Brie needs airflow. Loosely wrap in cheese paper or parchment paper and store in the crisper. Apply a piece of wax paper to any cut surfaces to prevent them from drying out. Avoid tight plastic wrap, which can promote unwanted mold growth.

A note on brie rinds: Our cave-aged bries are made with living cultures. You may notice small mold spores or a light fuzz on the rind or inside the cheese. This is completely normal, a sign of authentic cave-aged craft, and safe to consume.

Fromages and Chevres: Securely wrap in cheese paper and seal the opening with tape or a sticker. If using wax paper, follow with a layer of plastic wrap.

Firm Cheeses: Wrap in cheese or wax paper and store in a partially opened plastic zip bag.

Dips and Spreads: We recommend keeping dips and spreads in their original containers.
