Our Truffle Brie (5.6 oz) is award-winning, featured in the New York Times, and loved by the Sharks on Shark Tank. This is aged for two weeks in our cheese cave and is meticulously tended to by hand daily. This is a one-of-a-kind plant-based gourmet cheese.

The luxurious and rich flavors of our Truffle Brie shine through the creamy and mild center with a bit of funk from the healthy, bloomy rind grown in our cheese cave.

INGREDIENTS: Organic Cashews, Water, Fine Salt, Truffle Juice, Summer Truffles, Natural Truffle Flavor, Vegetable Fiber, Fava Bean Protein, Enzymes, Cultures. 

USES: The truffle flavors, coupled with the umami rind, are best paired with roasted vegetables or added to an Italian dish, such as risotto or pasta. This cheese has so much flavor it can easily be enjoyed by itself.

Brie love

I like the Brie very much. At first bite I was sure about it and can’t pinpoint what it was that turned me off. Maybe it was the sourness. Then I are some more and fell in love with it. I wish I could afford this and the other cheeses often.

This is amazing. I stopped eating dairy over 50 years ago, and this truffle Brie is absolutely delicious! Thank you for creating such a wonderful product that is made with quality ingredients. I will be sharing this with my non vegan friends, but they only get a tiny taste lol! Just enough to prove that they can enjoy vegan cheese. 😊

Hi,
I thought that the Truffle Brie tasted strange, and so did my roommate who is also a vegan. However, I absolutely LOVED the other cheeses that I purchased, and I reordered them the same day that I tasted them.

Better than cow milk Brie!

I’ve always loved Brie cheese and have missed it since becoming an ethical vegan.
Well, after 15 years of no Brie, i found my solution with the Truffle Brie and no torture of a mama cow and her calf made this healthy cashew “cheese”.
