Ingredients
- 7 oz Rebel Mozzarella, sliced into rounds
- 2–3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
- Flaky sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
- Arrange alternating slices of tomato and Rebel Mozzarella on a serving plate, overlapping slightly.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
- Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze, if using.
- Finish with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
