Ingredients

  • 7 oz Rebel Mozzarella, sliced into rounds
  • 2–3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Arrange alternating slices of tomato and Rebel Mozzarella on a serving plate, overlapping slightly.
  2. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
  3. Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze, if using.
  4. Finish with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
