An Important Update About Our Bistro:

i was very surprised on how much it tasted like real cheese. The best is the Brie and Truffles. I liked the pimento cheese, however it was quite spicey. Im happy. I've shared info with all my friends.

This is quite possibly the best cheese I've had in my entire life. I would order the heck out of this if you carried it year-round :D

I used to work in at a cheese department and was introduced to some of the best cheeses. Since I became lactose intolerant I've not enjoyed most plant based cheese until now. It tasted great and had great texture. I really enjoyed it

Absolutely incredible!!!!! This Brie is exactly the same asnon vegan Brie…. In taste!!!! You can enjoy this fabulous taste without the cruelty!!!! A marvel!!!!! 6 stars!!!

Just made a vegan baked brief in puff pastry (Pepperidge Farm’s is accidentally vegan!) with fig jam from my tree’s figs. Finally a great vegan Brie and I’m so grateful! Been craving baked brie for years since I became vegan.
Quick note: all other vegan bries I’ve tried have been an unappetizing shade of gray. Rebel’s brie tastes AND looks like Brie should!!

I think this cheese is very good. I live in southeast AZ and it's very hot. The package came and the cheese was cool but the log with pistachios was melted somewhat. I immediately put all in the fridge. The bacon/onion dip is very good but I really love the hatch chilie cheddar. I will be ordering again as football season is around the corner but I want to order when temperatures are lower.

This plant based cheese has been amazing. Both brie and tomato herb frommage were wonderful and so cheesy.

Indescribably good. This is a level above any other vegan cheese I've ever tried (and usually disliked). Just the texture and scent alone set it apart from anything else.

I have recently been diagnosed with Alpha Gal syndrome, which means I I have allergy to all mammalian meats and meat by products including dairy. What I have missed most has been my cheeses. Whilre ai have found vegan cheeses locally, the variety of what is available was very limited. I saw the ads for Rebel cheese on FB and watched the Shark tank episode. Decided it was worth a try , I received my order last week, gruyere, honee pistachio chevre and Parmesan. I used the gruyere first in my italian chicken, rice and olive salad and it was a perfect replacement for the swiss cubes I normally would have used. Today I tried the Honee Pistachio Chevre, used good thins sea salt (corn) crackers ffirst, but wasn’t thrilked. However, I decided to spread some on a piece of sourdough bread…. Delightful on the bread- I love it! Still need to trial the parm, but im confident it will also ge delicious! I would I’ll definitely be ordering again! Yum!

I don't know how you do it, but your cheeses just keep getting more amazing, more delicious every time, especially these incredible new flavours in the Mark Cuban MVP Collection. My family went crazy when we tried the Tomato Herb Fromage. I love, love, love these incrdible collections and can't wait to oder some to send to family and friends to enjoy.

Wow this Brie with the Truffle is just unbelievable. The texture is fantastic the flavor is delicious and I literally feel like I'm eating real cheese.
