1. Make the Slaw
Thinly slice fresh celery into ribbons. Whisk together celery seed, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon, maple syrup, lemon juice, and fresh dill.
Toss the celery in the dressing and let it sit for at least 10 minutes. It mellows and picks up flavor as it rests.
2. Cook the hot dogs
Grill or pan-fry your plant-based hot dogs until they've got a good char on the outside.
3. Build
Place the hot dog in the bun. Spread dijon mustard along the bottom. Top with a generous spoonful of Buffalo Blue Dip.
Pile on the celery slaw. Serve immediately while everything is hot.
