That's right! Our co-founder, Kirsten Maitland, served as an Operations Specialist in the U.S. Navy – the “eyes and ears” of the ship! Kirsten was responsible for all air and surface navigation, an experience that taught her how to thrive in high-stress situations, handle the unexpected, and work all-nighters – all of which have helped her tremendously in establishing Rebel Cheese.
