Our friends at Darë Vegan Cheese, from Asheville, NC, have been severely affected by Hurricane Helene. Their production facility has been affected by a prolonged power outage, resulting in the loss of their entire perishable vegan cheese inventory. To make matters worse, the road that connects them to the rest of the world has been washed away. This challenging situation affects not only their ability to supply their wonderful customers and distributors but also puts a strain on their finances. They're struggling to manage cash flow, pay bills, and support their dedicated employees, who are also dealing with the storm's aftermath.
