Love these cheeeses! If you like Pimento cheese, you will LOVE the Rebel Pimento cheese. Love the ‘tasty’ (spicey) kick to it too. So far, the pimento, tomato herb fromage, & truffle Brie are the only ones we tasted so far & all 3 have been excellent!

What a great selection of very special vegan cheeses! My favorites were the cave aged brie and the strawberry nut ball! Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed them all and amazed at how the Gruyere cut and looked like dairy cheese. The flavors in the Colby Jack and Pepper Jack were amazing! I love the fresh clean healthy ingredients. It is pricey so I will send some as a gift on special occasions, and get it for myself a few times a year as a celebration. They did a top notch job with flavor, appearance, and healthy ingredients without preservatives, additives and dyes.
