Our signature Rebel Brisket is the first of our homemade meats that we are selling online. Meticulously handmade by our meat-maker Curtis, we know you will enjoy it on a charcuterie board, in a sandwich, or a wrap.
Curtis can only make a limited amount of brisket each week. When the brisket sells out, we will put it back in stock on Monday for shipping the following Monday (7 days later).
